Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes

Orders will only be processed once the funds reflect in our bank account.

The processing of your order may take up to 1 (one) to 4(four) business days before it is ready for pick-up in store. 
The delivering of your order may take up to 5 (five) to 7(seven) business days.
Please note that some products/items will have to be transferred from suppliers, manufacturers and/or distributing agents. Should this be the case, additional working days will be required to complete the processing of your order.

Our delivery service only operates from Mondays to Fridays.

Shipping

We charge a flat-rate of R150.00 for local shipping of small parcels that are within certain weight and volume limits. Should your parcel exceed these limits, your shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.

Any additional payments via credit card is possible, if applicable.

Free shipping is not applicable to any promotional items. If you shopping cart contained both promotional and non-promotional items, a decision shall be made by the in-store Manager regarding whether it will be allowed to be shipped to you or not.

When more that 1 (one) item is purchased to be shipped, a quotation will be requested. If the quotation is less than our flat-rate of R150.00, then the flat-rate of R150.00 shall still apply.

Courier Services and Collection Options

We utilize the services of DPD EXPRESS as our preferred method of delivery.

All deliveries/shipments are made utilizing the “economy service”. Should you require an express/overnight delivery, please contact us via our listed contact methods to make arrangements for this.

You have the option at checkout to collect via your own courier or in store.

Export Restrictions

Please note that we shall not attend to the international shipping of any items /products.
